VACANCY
Director of Care Services – Part-Time (Job Share)
£65,000-£70,000 (pro rata) per annum dependent upon experience
18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday predominantly between the hours of 8.00am – 5.30pm with some evening meetings and participation in the on-call rota. with some evening meetings and participation in the on-call rota.
5 weeks holiday pay plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), Pension Scheme, Medical cover, Staff referral scheme (earn extra pay every time you successfully refer someone), Employee Assistance Programme, including private GP access, National retail/attractions discount scheme, Free onsite parking, Free DBS check.

Nottinghamshire Hospice lead the provision of compassionate, community palliative care to those who are dying in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire from a terminal or life limiting illness. Our values are embedded throughout the organization -Compassion, Trust and Ambition.
We are now looking for an exceptional, experienced senior clinical leader to join our team in a Director of Care job-share role as our current Director of Care is looking to reduce their hours. We have a strong senior leadership team who work extremely well together with high levels of trust, compassion and ambition. This is wide and varied strategic role which will shape the delivery of our services into the future, as well as driving quality of care and compliance within our current services.
