Diversity and Inclusion Lead

St Michael’s Hospice aspires to be a place where everyone feels welcome; whether you are cared for by us, employed by us, volunteer for us, or support us in any way. People should have equitable access to our services, but we know that there is more work to do to engage with our diverse community and to reach people who feel that the Hospice cannot meet their needs.  To help us do this we are recruiting a Diversity and Inclusion Lead. If you have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and the knowledge and skills to be able to work collaboratively to overcome barriers to accessing Hospice care and support, we’d love to hear from you.

Experience of working within end-of-life care is not essential but recognising the value and importance of this work is. You will be a dynamic, creative individual with exceptional interpersonal skills but who also enjoys data analysis and problem solving.
