Main duties of the job
- The post holder will work with a team, to co-ordinate a bereavement support service for adults in Buckinghamshire who have been bereaved of someone with a life limiting condition or anticipating bereavement.
- Ensure arrangements for service provision are met, including location, appropriate administrative processes, a referral system, recording mechanisms, policies and procedures and data collection for reporting on outcomes.
- The service provides NICE component 2 and 3 and supports the Public Health framework for bereavement care.
