Job description
Willowbrook Hospice is seeking an outstanding, visionary, and values-driven leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Executive Director of Corporate Services. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of hospice care in our community.

About the Role
As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will:
• Be a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, working alongside the Executive Director of Clinical Services and Executive Medical Director. – the Executive Leadership Team is directly accountable to the Board of Trustees.
• Lead our corporate functions: finance, fundraising, retail, and estates, as well as act as Company Secretary, Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO), and Corporate Governance Lead.
• Drive income generation through strategic leadership of fundraising, legacy giving, partnerships, and our trading subsidiary.
• Ensure strong financial stewardship and corporate governance in line with charity regulations.
• Champion a compassionate and collaborative culture, supporting high-performing teams and sustainable growth.
• Represent Willowbrook externally, cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders across the region.
About You
You are a proven senior leader with:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a strategic leadership role.
• A strong track record in financial and corporate management, ideally within the charity or healthcare sector.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and values-led leadership.
• A recognised professional qualification (finance, business, or equivalent) is desirable.
You will embody our values and bring the drive and expertise to help us grow our impact and income.
