Ceridwen Hughes hosted a session about "What Matters Most” to people who are dying, as part of the Hospice UK National Conference 2023.

People who are living with life limiting conditions and their caregivers share what matters most to them, to help improve the quality of end of life care.

About the project

The What Matters Most project was inspired by Ceridwen Hughes’ own experience of end-of-life care, when her mother died in 2020.
