Leave a gift in your Will

At the end of someone’s life, we only have one chance to get it right. Yet today, 1 in 4 people still die without the support they need.  

While your main focus when making a Will is supporting your loved ones, many people also choose to leave a gift to Hospice UK. A gift that helps ensure everyone, from every background, can receive the compassionate care they deserve. 

As the national champion for hospice care, Hospice UK fights every day to make sure hospice care is there for all. We represent more than 200 hospices across the UK, caring for around 310,000 people each year. That number is going to get even bigger in the coming years.

We’ve partnered with the nation’s favourite Will‑writing service, Farewill, so you can write your Will for free. Their simple step‑by‑step process makes it easy to create a legally binding Will online or over the phone.

GoodWill partnership

If you’d prefer to speak to someone in person, you can book a free Home-Visit, video or phone appointment with The GoodWill partnership.

Their friendly trained staff will visit you at home and carefully take your Will instructions. Your Will is then drafted, checked and provided directly to you by one of their independent solicitor partners, who are regulated by SRA and The Law Society.

There’s no obligation to leave a gift to Hospice UK when using these services, but any gift you choose to include will help protect the future of hospice care. 

If you choose to include a gift in your Will to Hospice UK, your solicitor may ask you for the following information:
