Publication information and author commitments

Text

Accepted abstracts are published in an online supplement of BMJ Supportive & Palliative Care. This provides an extra opportunity to share your work. Not only that - it also helps those interested in your work to get in touch or further build on what you have documented.

Any abstract you submit must be original. We cannot consider abstracts about work that has been presented or published in any form elsewhere.

In submitting an abstract, you, and any other authors of the abstract, agree to Hospice UK’s terms and conditions. You also agree to the terms and conditions of BMJ’s standard licence to publish for abstracts.

By submitting an abstract to be reviewed, the author(s) are indicating that at least one of them will attend the conference to present the work. Any authors attending will have to pay the delegate registration fee by the required date (1 August 2025).
