Hospice UK makes every effort to ensure that education and training events we organise take place as planned. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes affect their viability.
Course or conference cancellation by Hospice UK
If we cancel a course or conference, then a delegate is entitled to:
- refund: a full refund of the registration fee paid for the course or conference; or
- transferral of registration fee: instead of a refund, your registration fee can be transferred to another scheduled Hospice UK course or conference of your choice. The same registration fee must apply.
Hospice UK or conference outsourcing companies will not reimburse the cost of pre-booked travel or any other costs incurred by the delegate in connection with the cancelled conference or course.
