Daniel Harman, Consultant Community Geriatrician (City Health Care Partnership CIC), Strategic Clinical Lead (Humber & North Yorkshire ICB), Clinical Lead (System Wide Frailty Network, NHS Elect), Trustee (Dove House Hospice) joined us at our National Conference in November 2023.

He shared learning from Hull and East Riding's multidisciplinary community frailty team, and introduced the work of the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre which was built especially to care for older people in the community.
