The Co-operative Bank Legal Services

Other important things to consider that you might need to arrange include lasting power of attorney, trusts, appointing an executor, and nominating guardians for children under 18.
The Co-operative Bank have partnered with Co-op Legal Services to provide their customers quality, easy to understand legal advice, including probate and estate administration if you are dealing with the affairs of someone who has died. They have a collection of free articles to help customers understand which services are right for them and their circumstances and the option to pay for additional legal advice if needed.
