Elaine has significant strategic transformational change and benefits realisation experience at trust, regional and national level including the development and delivery of Electronic Palliative Care Co-ordination Systems (EPaCCS), the Department of Health’s QIPP End of Life Care National Workstream and the national Palliative Care Funding Pilots programme.

She has worked at the forefront of large scale, system level transformation having led NHS Improving Quality’s national wheelchair services improvement programme and co-delivered the National End of Life Care Programme’s ‘Find Your 1%’ campaign.

Elaine currently provides expertise and support on developing evidence based improvement capability at scale within NHS England’s Sustainable Improvement Team. She led the development and publication of the Leading Large Scale Change Guide (2017) and co-designed and leads the Virtual Academy of Large Scale Change.
